the landless, the destitute women and children, small farmers, and disabled persons in order to enable
them to gain access to resources and undertake various income – generating and other activities for
poverty alleviation and to enhance their quality of life in terms of health, nutrition, sanitation, education,
safe water, housing, power, and the environment through building effective institutions of their own,
which they can understand and operate and can find socio-economic strength in through mutual support.

Job Responsibilities

Supervise day to day operations including disbursement and collections management and portfolio
monitoring.

Manage office cash flow.
Monitor and ensure adherence to organizational policies, procedures and best practices with respect to
loan appraisals, loan disbursements, loan collections, overdue loans and default management, MIS and
accounting.

Undertake regular field visits, assessing a sample of loan applications directly.

Supervise the processing of loan applications and take responsibility for approving all branch loans,
based on the strength of the loan application.

Submit weekly and monthly financial and narrative reports in a timely manner.

Maintain office security, cash security and asset records.
Manage the Branch Team and hold regular meetings to plan work and to discuss progress.

Educational Requirements

• Masters/ Honors/Graduation in Any Subject from a Recognized institution.
• Minimum Graduate in any discipline With 3-4 Years Experience in Micro Finance Field.

• Age at most 35 years

• Must demonstrate the attitude of integrity, transparency, proactive stance and positive style.

Chattogram, Cox’s Bazar, Cumilla, Dhaka, Khagrachhari, Rajshahi

Salary
Tk. 18000 – 34500 (Monthly)
A monthly allowance of TK 18000 will be available during training. After confirmation you will get total
monthly salary allowance of TK 34500.
