বান্দরবান ও ঢাকা যোন এর কর্মশালার মধ্য দিয়ে সমাপ্ত হয় কর্মি কর্মশালা-২০১৮। তিন দিন ব্যাপি চলমান এই কর্মশালায় মাননীয় নির্বাহী পরিচালক মহোদয় প্রধান অতিথি হিসেবে উপস্থিত ছিলেন। উক্ত কর্মশালার বিভিন্ন ইভেন্ট ও সাংস্কৃতিক অনুষ্ঠানে মাঠ পর্যায়ের কর্মিদের স্বতস্ফুর্ত অংশগ্রহন ছিল লক্ষ্যনীয়। কর্মশালার সমাপনি অনুষ্ঠানে কর্মিরা IDF এর স্বপ্ন জয়, পূরণ করব নিশ্চয়; এই স্লোগানের মাধ্যমে পরস্পর অঙ্গিকারাবদ্ধ হন।
